The Vibe Finishers provides software development services to help clients complete their vibe-coded projects. Our services include:

API Integration: Connecting your app to third-party services and APIs.
Payment Integration: Setting up Stripe, PayPal, and other payment systems.
Authentication: Implementing secure user login and session management.
UI/UX Polish: Refining your interface for a professional look and feel.
Deployment: Getting your app live with proper infrastructure.
Full-Stack Development: Complete application development and feature building.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements.
Timely Communication: Respond to our communications and requests in a timely manner.
Access & Resources: Provide necessary access to your codebase and resources when required.
Payment: Pay for services as agreed upon in your project proposal.
Respect: Treat our team with professionalism and respect.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for our services, you retain complete ownership of your project and any code we develop for you. This includes all source code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and non-proprietary techniques gained during the project.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential:

Code Protection: Your source code and technical implementations are kept strictly confidential.
Business Information: Your business plans, strategies, and user data are protected.
NDA Available: We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement upon request.
Team Access: Only team members directly working on your project will have access to your code.

Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

Project Proposal: We provide a detailed quote before work begins with clear pricing.
Deposit: We may require a deposit (typically 50%) before starting work.
Final Payment: Remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in work stoppage until payment is received.

Project Scope & Changes

We will agree on the project scope before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. We will always communicate scope changes and get your approval before proceeding with additional work. Clear communication helps us deliver exactly what you need.

Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets your requirements. However, we provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our work will be completely error-free or will meet all unstated expectations. We do guarantee our commitment to fix any bugs or issues related to the work we delivered within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Vibe Finishers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide you with all completed work and assets upon receipt of payment. Unused deposits may be refundable depending on work completed.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Both parties agree to participate in the dispute resolution process in good faith.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes by email or by posting notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
